Q: OEM/ODM work

A: We own our factories & designers, can provide OEM/ODM service. We cooperated with many famous foreign supermarkets all the time.

Q: Do you provide sample? Free or charge?

A: Depend on the sample, normally it is free. But you should pay for the express charges. If you want to do the customized sample and it is very complex, it will take some sample charges. The sample time is 5-7 days depend on styles. If you want the sample urgently, we can also rush out with in 1-2 days. If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect. If not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.

Q: Delivery time

A: Usually, it takes 10-15 days depend on your quantity. If urgent order, 5 days is ok for some styles with stock fabrics.

Q: Will you will attend the fair to show your products?

A: Usually we will participate in foreign exhibitions and the Canton Fair in China every year.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: It depends on the variety of the blankets.

If you do the different technology of the blankets, the MOQ is different.

But we can offer you the lower MOQ.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Usually it will take 20 to 30 days to produce. For stock blankets, we will send goods to you within 5-6days;

Q: What’s shipping term?

A: For small trial order, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT can be provided.

For larger order, we can arrange shipment by sea, by air according to your requirement. We will help you to choose the best efficient shipping way according to your detail requirements.

Q: What types of packaging do you normally use for this product?

A: For the package, our usual package is single PE bag, PVC bag, custom gifts box and so on. We can print your custom logo on the package for free.
